What account deletion does
- Removes the active account
- Removes linked ordinary account information from active Somatic Compass systems
- Removes linked product feedback and journey events where applicable
- Leaves only limited records that may be retained as described in the Privacy Notice
Account deletion cannot be undone and is separate from subscription cancellation. Cancel any active subscription through its payment-management method before deleting the account.
